Yes, we offer premium white-glove delivery for an additional fee. This service includes inside delivery, room placement, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original packaging and like-new condition. Please note that a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs may apply.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All Sunpan products come with a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
