At Sunpan Trading & Importing, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our high-quality home furnishings through a transparent and efficient return process. If your order does not meet your expectations, items may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, resaleable condition.

Initiate Request

Log into your wholesale account and navigate to the order history section to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request for the specific items.

Approval & Documentation

Once our team reviews your request, you will receive an RMA number and a detailed packing slip which must be included with your shipment to ensure proper credit.

Secure Packaging

Repackage the items securely in their original Sunpan packaging and crates to prevent damage during transit, as items damaged due to poor packing are not eligible for refund.

Inspection & Refund

After the goods arrive at our distribution center and pass a quality inspection, a credit memo will be issued to your account minus any applicable restocking fees.
